PAUL R. JOHNSON is a veteran business owner, real estate developer and fellow “motor-head”.  The first car he bought was a Porsche, and later he traveled to Stuttgart, Germany to purchase a new Porsche and return the car back to his home in So. Cal.  Paul has owned businesses with numerous employees, and has a long and very successful career in commercial real estate development in four Western states.  He got involved in modern, “express” type car washes about five years ago, and was an instrumental part of developing, building and managing many new car washes in another state that were sold. He then formed CJ’S PREMIUM CAR WASH® with his long-time friend, Luis Chanes, and they are both dedicated and passionate to build and operate the “World’s Best – in 4 Min.”.

LUIS A CHANES is a business owner and “motor-head”.  He has been a serious investor in car washes, learning all he could, before starting CJ’S PREMIUM CAR WASH® with Paul Johnson.  Luis has owned very successful businesses with close to 25 employees and understands managing people, and making money.  For over 25 years Luis has collected and restored rare and premium Mustangs, and he now has what Ford Motor Company considers “the premiere, authentic Mustang Cars and Memorabilia Collection in the world”.  Luis loves a clean and polished car, and is passionate about making CJ’S the “World’s Best – in 4 Min.”.
